Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WorderFalls ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

In-App Purchases

WorderFalls offers the following in-app purchases:

• Energy Packs: One-time purchases that provide energy capsules to continue playing.
• Ad-Free Subscription: A monthly auto-renewable subscription at $1.99/month that removes all advertisements from the App.

Subscription Terms

For the Ad-Free Subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, images, text, sounds, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the App without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Apple Game Center and Google AdMob. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
